In October 2022, I spent 14 days touring Sri Lanka with a small group whereby our tour guide was Nalaka from Heavenly Lanka Vacations. Nalaka’s knowledge of all the areas we visited in Sri Lanka was vast and very insightful. By the end of our tour, Nalaka had become a good friend of our group and felt as if he was part of our ‘family’. The highlights of our tour was visiting Yala National park where we were very fortunate to see the elusive leopard, Sigiriya where we visited the famous Lion Rock, Minneriya National Park for the herds of elephants, the famous Kandy railway, and the Galle Fortress just to name a few. Accomodation was in minimum 4 star hotels and most meals included. Transport was in a very comfortable air conditioned bus. Overall, this was an awesome experience and I highly recommend travelling to and around Sri Lanka with Heavenly Lanka Vacations.
